• Referral codes and referral activity

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related emails (receipts, trial reminders, cancellation confirmations)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve prompt quality (anonymized and aggregated)
• Prevent fraud and ensure security

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Google — authentication only (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• Analytics tools — anonymized usage data only, never personally identifiable

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 5).

• Right to opt out: Opt out of analytics via your settings page
• California residents: Full CCPA rights apply. We do not sell personal information.
• EU/UK residents: GDPR rights apply. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interest.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (authentication sessions and security tokens). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect Service functionality.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers. We conduct regular security reviews.
