Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GetPrompt (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the cancel page. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months. If you cancel during the 2-day trial before being charged, you will not be billed.

4. Intellectual Property

All prompts generated through the Service are owned by you, the user. GetPrompt retains all rights to the generation system, UI, algorithms, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

GetPrompt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the last 30 days.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action waiver: you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against GetPrompt.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email to your registered address. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
